Usually, the properties you showcase are excellent values in USD, but this penthouse condo at $2M seems quite overpriced; maybe $1.2 M (?). But wait 😀, there’s more! The roof top deck makes this much more appealing, so “maybe” price is greater than $1.5M. I would lower the price to a paltry $1.9M, OR re-do the mundane decorating with some good taste bling, and raise the price slightly. Anyhoo, be safe, be prosperous, be healthy, and be kind! 🤘🏻🇺🇸

Victoria, love the home you tour, video, and music. Don't worry about telling us everything in the house, if we can see it in the video you don't have to also tell us. For example, you don't have to tell us there is a table, with matching chairs, and light fixture. We already know this because we can see it. Think about it this way, if you were walking your husband through the house hoping he buys it for you. Would you spend your time telling him where the microwave, island, and bar stools are? No. You would spend your time telling him how much you love the house and how amazing life would be living in the house.

Why would she tell us how much she loves the place rather than being descriptive? Sure, she could polish up her presentation, but to personalize it would be wrong in my opinion. She is trying to sell to us, not just tour a place.

I guess your not supposed to be cooking, as the kitchen is very small, and I've never heard of those kitchen appliances .

Wow. So elegant. The two-person tub in the master is really sweet! The topiary Bull in the park area looks amazing! (I'm wondering how long it took you to complete the maze? It looked like fun!) The rooftop entertaining area is just perfect, especially the pool! I realize that it is a lake and not an inlet or bay. So, I'm curious, is there a place there in the development to keep your boat? I couldn't tell from the aerial shots.
