I absolutely love houses like this one. Most of the expensive house tours you do don’t really feel like a home, they feel like something you buy just to feel special. This house, however, feels like somewhere that I would love to live, it’s big but not too big and it just feels like a home, it’s just sooo cozy 😊
I watched a lot of his videos and went “30mil isn’t that bad for what the house has, quite affordable”

I grew up around here and always noticed this place in the background of XGames events. I always imagine how good it’d be to watch from there rather than the freezing cold slopes - cool to finally see inside after 20 or so years. Thanks for posting and bringing back some nostalgia of my home valley!

Yes! Especially since there is nothing on those shelves, seems quite suspect. And the camera above isn't to monitor the wine cellar, it's to see who's accessing the secret room :)
This is your best house tour by far. I enjoyed the unscripted part of it much more then the usual scripted tours.

@@leonardtarver149 Nor heated ceilings/roofs for that price... you would think these were included...personally, if I owned it, I would have put in heated driveways and roofs...so the snow wouldn't cause any damage to the latter and the former wouldn't be slippery...that is one heck of a mansion I wish I could own....perhaps in the next life? 😊😁

I lived in Vail for a while. There was a house right downtown that belonged to a Prince, and there was a stream going through the middle of the house. They built it around it, so this guy had an inside room with basically a river going through it. Pretty badass.

Didn’t know that living on a snowy mountainside was something I wanted until now, so beautiful out there, so different from nyc too!
Aspen is beautiful in any season. As a child we stayed in one of the ski resorts in Snowmass, probably around 1972 or so and it was wonderful back then. Hiked up to Maroon Bells and toured something like a castle. Out of my price range now. I already live in Texas, I would take the money. I love the art work, I have the one in the study, a reproduction of course, it’s Caravaggio.

Two questions come to mind, how many staff does the current owner have for it just to get an idea of upkeep costs and how does parking your Jeep work, how much is parking and do you keep it in the city or are there parking lots just outside the city?

I spent close 2 years in this home doing the original trim work and the 1st remodel hung all the doors twice built all the beams etc.
