Now, question I've often wondered, does the artwork come with the house in the price, as advertised? Or, is it part of the 'staging' process?

Well it depends, mostly they’re part of staging specially the ones that are in new construction homes but there are some properties that offer the art pieces as part of the sales as well. You can always ask for it in your offer and if it’s not part of the staging and they’re willing to sell then you can negotiate 😊

Hello, just shopping for a new home and stumbled on this. Was wondering the same on furniture. Now a home like this is huge and a headache to fill every room with furniture a bit overwhelming. With that said, I know the furniture in this particular home is staged but can they possibly sell and save the hassle of new owner having to furnish the place and the hassle of the staging company removing it?
