  I understand they wanted an open concept, but would you be comfortable in those guest bathrooms sitting on the toilet with no doors? Seems 'not ideal'. And the large bedroom at the bottom of the stairs is also missing a door, so anyone coming down the stairs just walks in on you in bed. Feels like for $15M (or even $7.8M) they could have at least hung a curtain! But that unfinished area at the bottom is huge! Would make a great entertainment/gym area.

  8M for this is a steal, especially for all that empty space that can be converted to anything you might want. At 25M it was definitely overpriced and I'd expect a finished gym/sauna/theatre/etc. It was listed for 15M 3 months ago when 'JP' toured it, quite the price drop.

  Yes it’s a great deal. It is still listed for $15,888,888 but the highest bid in September was 7.8 million. We will know the final price sold once they close the escrow.

  I have seen many tours of this property, but yours is definitely the best of all, seeing details and warming the house with your personal feminine point of view. About the property it's amazing, but the market has spoken and the value is about 20 million, it is illusory to think that it will sell for this amount requested. Good to see your tours again, congrats and don't let your fans alone for so long.
