For the visitors coming into town, stay in the bubble. Approximately 1/4 radius from Campus Martius Park where the Draft theater is located and you should be good. The news don't mention outside the perimeter because that's basically the inner city. That is the blight, abandoned buildings, and criminal activities are mostly occurring.

Oh shut up with your hate. Detroit has a variety of nice neighborhoods outside the downtown core.. always some negativity 🤡 in the comments about anything Detroit 😂
