There’s a reason why so many people that are moving to Dallas, TX and the Dallas suburbs end up finding a home here in Prosper. Here are just a few reasons:
1. Prosper, TX has some of the best master planned communities in Dallas, with Windsong Ranch and Star Trail being two of the top choices. Master planned communities offer resort-style amenities, and these two communities are some of the best neighborhoods in Dallas when it comes to amenities. Windsong Ranch in particular is known for the Windsong Lagoon, which is a 5 acre crystal clear freshwater lagoon with white sandy beach.
2. Prosper schools are very highly rated. Prosper ISD features three high schools: Prosper High School, Rock Hill High School, and the BRAND NEW Walnut Grove High School. There are four middle schools: Rushing Middle School, Hays Middle School, Rogers Middle School, and Reynolds Middle School. There are also 14 elementary schools, many of which are located within some of these master planned communities that we mentioned earlier.
3. Prosper is ideally located just north of Frisco, TX and many of the amazing new developments happening there, like the Universal Theme Park, the PGA District, the Fields Project, and the UNT Frisco Campus.
4. Since Prosper’s population has increased dramatically over the past 5 years, many of the homes for sale in Prosper, TX will be newer homes. There are also plenty of luxury home options and luxury neighborhoods in Prosper as well.
