I actually like the faster pace of showing the model homes. I love how you can get through so many models in a community in a decent amount of time! Some you tube realtors take so long to show a model and I begin to lose interest. You seem like a hard working gal!

Much more economical to choose a scattered lot in PSL...homes are under $400k including the lot; 3-4 bedrooms

It doesn't have moulding on top of the cabinets which look weird and out of style. Is there an option and how much?

I don’t believe that internet and cable are included. At least that’s not the case in the Grove.
