People shopping for new homes are interested in lots of info. Please turn down the music and give info as you're touring on options, standard futures, patios, driveway, roof, floors, cabinets etc etc.

Please call me to discuss the process. 772-200-9112. First we find out what your budget is by getting pre-approved or we can bypass that if you are paying cash. Then we coordinate a free new home tour in Port Saint Lucie. When you fall in love with a house to build, the builder will require 10% up front and the rest when the house is complete. There are many great deals with quick move homes that are ready to move in now. Call me for more info.

What is the HOA? Does the clubhouse have a cafe/restaurant? I believe PGA Verano does not have one.

Hoa is $440 yes they will have a cafe. Correct. Verano does not have a cafe. They have many catered events and no cafe. Let me know if you would like more info 772-200-9112
