Yes I am trying to find a cheap 1 or 2 bedroom close to Osceola, Arkansas or within 50 miles from there accordingly to my income which isn't much because I am on SSI

Understood… Please know that Osceola is on the complete opposite side of the state and housing costs for rental could be vastly different than what they are here in Northwest Arkansas

Bella Vista used to have a lot of traffic jams on 71 before the bypass opened the worst of it was by Walgreens

What are the rent range or mortgage payment a month

That’s a great question. Rents in our area range anywhere from about $.85 to $1.15 per square foot depending on where you are and what amenities the rental provides/area around it provides. In regards to mortgages that is determined upon how much money you put down, rates, your debt to income ratio, credit, etc…. Numerous other things, and a great question to follow up with a qualified lender. :)

Good afternoon sir and thank you for your question. Personally, I don’t have much experience with the healthcare here. We have a couple major health systems /hospitals just down the street from Bella Vista, as well as some non-traditional medicine places, or more holistic/natural places as well. Bellavista does offer a couple of medical clinics as well that are part of the major health systems that are down the street. Thank you for watching.

How about road biking

In the last 10 to 15 years Bentonville has changed from a road biking/triathlon type community to more of a mountain biking/gravel biking community. My advice would be to stay off of Bella Vista roads on your road bike. Roads are really whiny, with chippy climbs and dips hard for drivers to see you with an advance notice… If you’re going to ride Road… Go early in the morning and stay out away from the cities.… go toward Gravette, Gentry, or even in S.W. Missouri… But if you’re wanting to stay closer to the cities, my recommendations again would be early morning and also riding the Razorback Greenway… Just be polite to others, using the path for running, rollerblading, strolling, etc. Another good place to ride your road Bike would be at Pea Ridge military park… It’s a one-way directional road around the park about 7 miles in length with a good elevation change. Does that answer your question?

YouTalk a lot about trail bikes and golf but what other kinds of sports we would be coming with two boys both play soccer

Ofcourse there are school sports like soccer, lacrosse, football, baseball, basketball, track, cross country, etc. for extra curricular near by there’s also archery, frisbee golf, mini golf, etc. thx for watching.
