Great video! I just bought a 2011 Ford Transit van and am converting into camper. I will be retiring this year and hitting the road. As a single woman, I especially appreciated Carolyn's advice about being safe and trusting your gut! Thank you !!

Love her also, but homeless people are "normal" and murderes are everywhere. Be careful and safe and loving to all in the community.

@@stringbender57 just hoping she doesn't become complacent and remains safe, because murderes can be everywhere. There also seemed to be a desire to proclaim she wasn't homeless, as she may look bad...each have an important place at the table to discuss van life. Hope that clears it up😊

Enjoyed this very much! Carolyn, you are one of those people who "never met a stranger" LOL. Probably because of your childhood. Love your solution to escape the rat race. Many more of us would do it if we could move past the fear. I always look forward to your videos. And Bob is such a cool friend.

John, Carolyn is a true expert because she has been a specialist on marketing social media for years. I just seem to have an instinct for it but have learned so much from her!

my sister and I were raised in a small homemade rv moving often - greatest life ever and I am returning to full timing in June - am doing van build now (actually my son is doing my build)

Carolyn it is not living a lie as you suggested in this video...It is living the way we chose to live...I have worked for 43 years and enjoyed most of the jobs I have done....Now at 62 I am finished working along with my wife....We have successfully took care of our children and we regret nothing that we have done in the past....We have just worked hard and now we will enjoy our labor....I think you are wrong by saying that we and others have been living a lie....That's just not true...Be safe and God Bless....
