I've never been a motorcoach guy a friend of mine has a Prevost but hats off to Andrew Steele as his knowledge and the way he presents any Coach in his video is not only thorough knowledgeable and Entertaining I'm now glued to watching his videos. Great Job Andrew! 👌

Some of these $2.5 MM coaches were ordered during the pandemic by people with very high disposable income. Then they did not use it. Probably more high end coaches will be hitting the market soon.

Beautiful coach… do people not cook? It's the small galley that gets me. I don't need a chef's kitchen but counter space would be nice. The outdoor kitchen has more counter space. We really enjoy cooking and baking. My husband and I are thinking of doing some traveling but it's the small galley.

cooking outside keeps the inside smelling clean. I prefer to cook outside. then again, i like charred meat, smoke, etc.

With the bunks beds and second full bath you give up a lot of room. Our coach has no bunks and one bathroom. This gives us a large galley area because my wife is a very active baker and needed counter space. As well as residential Bosch benchmark ovens.

Value is measured by what someone is willing to pay. A material item like this is certainly not "priceless". It has a market value.

I can't imagine custom ordering a Newell and only keeping it a year. The effort that goes into designing the floorplan, exterior, and interior likely takes many months. To only enjoy that fruit of that effort/labor/planning for a year is just crazy - not to mention eating the depreciation.

This is wealth beyond your comprehension. To the super wealthy they don't suffer fools, and they create to sell and start again. This is just a toy, a project. I'd do the same...build it, get bored, then go do it again. If I have that kind of money who cares. I'd still be pumping more into charity and I wouldn't care what anyone thought.

I like the colour scheme of this RV. It looks great. You did a great job on this video.

It kind of makes me wonder about the coach lifestyle. Brad is getting so many barely used coaches in to sell. I really don't think that anyone that had these coaches ordered planned on selling them so soon.

I always wonder why they don't use that theater projector glass, so you don't have to open the lid every time you want to use that. projector, Remember that one guy had it in his got it from a friend or something that owned a theater glass company. I would. like to see it in mine if I ever had one

With the door open it helps with cooling the projector. If the door closed you would need to put a cooling fan somewhere

How do you setup the coach after you park it?

2.55 mil, bay doors should line up..also unable to pull out tray in electronics bay…12,000 miles, depreciated way more than that

He just didn't remove the locking pin. Supply and demand - if someone wants a newish Newell without waiting 2 years, this is one of their only options.

The reason 2 of the doors open higher is bc they are the fuel access doors. They aren't typically opened with slides open and the open higher to give a little bit easier access when refueling this beast. When slides are open, the fuel access doors have bumpers on them so as not to scratch the paint on door or slide. And as person above commented, the electronics bay tray has a locking mechanism installed on it otherwise that try would be sliding back and forth during travel, possibly adding stress to locking mechanism for the door. 12,000 miles is nothing on a Cummings engine of this quality. They're made to last for a million miles. Next time please watch video and/or think about why things appear the way they do before posting negative comments. With that said, I agree that $2.5m is probably too much. Idk what original owner paid for it but I would say $2.1-.2m is more reasonable.

@@martinkopf1341 doesn’t excuse bays not lining up, also supply and demand is apparently the pricing answer. I would say, because of the economic climate, that The Motorcoach Store, expanding into that huge space, and a huge mortgage, made a huge mistake. Time will only tell.

And as the Motorcoach Store is undergoing a huge expansion, you obviously have no idea about the market for luxury coaches.

If I paid 2-3 million dollars for a coach, I’d want what “I” want and ask for, not what “you” think I should have..I’m aware of the locking mechanism on the electronics bay, I’ve watched every video known to mankind, lol…he first tried to pull it out, then he reached around and couldn’t get the lock up…whatever.

Very nice it’s definitely for people that have lots of money but do you know how many 350k houses you can buy and double your money in ten to 15 years

The exterior colors on the coach look great, although Newell hasn't released any truly 'WOW' paint jobs recently. It seems that paint delays are a major bottleneck at the factory. I miss the ghosting effects they used on earlier models and hope they bring that back. The interior design and colors are appealing. However, double showers seem excessive and not the best use of space. Also, the vanity in the half bath could be larger. There are too many mirrors in the rear bathroom. Overall, the new interior colors, especially the light wood tones, are impressive.

Just curious. How does one insure one of these?

Are the Kenyan grills propane or electric Andrew?

The paint job alone is worth the money. Matching liquid tanks are a big plus. Escape hatch? Muh... Why add fear to the joy? The steering feature shortens the feel of the turn, but does it invite mistakes? Not sure. One feature not explained enough is the generator running the A/C. Difused outlets? Where are the highest Db levels inside a 2.9 million moble land yacht besides the bedroom? At that price, there shouldnt be any, except when the wife is screaming, yeah, you thought so, wrong, it's when she's mad. I would think the system would sort out with a brain and some kind of directional diversionary mini electronic solenoid channel system, that's how you'll have to write it on the patent, to cool the hot spots first. A versatile climate control system inside. 😊🎉❤

If you’re spending almost 3 million on this coach, you would hope they incorporate the best materials and appliances.

It bothers me that the outside tv can only be watched straight out or from the forward part of the coach If sun was bothering you it would be nice to watch from the rear of the right side

What costs so much money here? But not the elegant covers on the backrests on the dining area? Or did they gold-plate switches that existed 30 years ago? Just take a look at the luxury RVs from Volkner in Germany, they use fine materials and the workmanship is at the highest level. Whenever I see the wiring here, I feel sick. Great on the outside and sloppy in the details!

Your left nipple is about 3" higher than the right one. You may want to get that fixed.

The bay doors suck . You basically have to crab crawl to get into the bays! I Can't remember which brand has the doors that open and raise but those are primo. Those that open from the side like cabinet doors are better than those that are on this rig.

For $2.55 mil I could buy a new RV.

Great coach but some-how I could never rationalize selling 3, one million dollar homes for a single coach?
