Hi Dianne! Instead of taking it with you, you can remove electrons by going outside, barefoot on grass, mud or any natural ground & the planet will remove them for you & give you the same benefits but it's still a good idea to buy the footspa in case you're somewhere with little to no areas of natural ground. 😉

Rhodes in Greece is amazing for summer! I have been 4 times and absolutely love it! It’s really hot in June/July. The weather is gorgeous and the views from the Lindos Acropolis are spectacular! Can’t wait to see you in Manchester! X

Wasn’t sure if you were going to able to vlog and upload you have been so busy but I’m so glad you did. Watched your vlog this morning with a brew you make me lol so much I knew you were going to take that glass cafetière as soon as the thought popped into your head. Robert Dyas sell an insulated filter/plunger coffee mug that is light and safe. If that glass thing smashes your knickers are full of broken glass.

I recommend Menorca/Minorca as a summer holiday trip. I've been there many times and never disappointed. There's so much to do and such pretty views and sunsets! ( my profile pic was actually taken there!) hope all of you have an amazing time on tour 💕
