These developers forget the importance of adding trees to the property. I saw zero trees in the front, zero in back. Texas summers are insanely brutal, so trees are essential to landscaping aesthetic as well as the shade they provide for pets and family.

4:30 I'm not a fan of people that build a toilet near the kitchen, but this one took it to a whole different level. The toilet is right in the kitchen, in case you need to go like right now 😂. They could have at least put the laundry where the toilet is and the toilet where the laundry is. Other than that, the house is beautiful. And the content is really good. It's not your fault that toilet is in the kitchen lol 👍

I drive by that house almost daily, the street it is on is insane crazy busy with traffic. Many very nice homes in that area, Walnut Hill though is so congested and busy with traffic. You would definitely need that wall and plant a billion trees to try and block all that out. Also getting in and out of that driveway on to that busy road will be stressful. 😳 At that price point I would focus on being more away from a busy road..There is several new builds along that road. Its amazing to me how people spend that big $$ and deal with that noise and traffic flow. I would go mad.

Everyone is not going to like a house and that should be respected. The people who didn't like it gave the reasons why and those reasons were pretty valid. Sounds like they just want yes ppl to comment without any real honest feedback. Whoever designed the house seemed to be lazy with design choices and they really didn't think about the potential buyer. The black and white theme is dated. The kitchen should've had an island. The bathroom in the kitchen was a terrible idea. The stone in the bathrooms was not a matchbook so it looked overdone and cheap. There were a slew of other issues with the aesthetic of the house along with it having no real true character. I hope Sergio and Shelia learn to take constructive criticism and feedback in the future.

I grew up around this area, houses are fairly new. Only issue with it its right next to heavy traffic, it's not easy to pull your car in and out of the property.

Number of weird layouts, few examples, the wide space in between the kitchen, powder room right next to the kitchen? The “bathroom 2” upstairs with the toilet facing the shower with that empty space to the side of the toilet, not the most best way to utilize that space. The backyard looks unfinished, generic rectangular pool with nothing else….I am curious, who is the builder? It doesn’t look like a typical luxury build that you see with Blue Heron, Toll Brothers, etc. This looks like it potentially had multiple builders that worked on the house, for a 3.7 million, this missed lot of the check marks for me.

This house is the very definition of cheap construction. The fixtures and knobs and door handles won't last 3 years. The floor plan is okay. I just wish the home would have been built with quality materials

It has a super good-looking house! How super good-looking appearance and shape it is! It's too expensive to get it. and It's true that I envy you guys. but there is one thing related to a Korean traditional superstition called 풍수지리설 that most Koreans believe the head of the bad shouldn't be placed to the side of the bathroom. so most of the social housing in Korea and stereotypes of Korean apartments have different structural floor plans from this. This western formation of a house looks more beautiful.

Beautiful layout in the Master with two toilets, two vanisinks, two showers & two closets & the golden soak tub in the master bedroom Also I had to quadruple view the vid to take in the double laundry Prep & master kitchens plus double offices along with the Roof top All I needed was a garden to grow my veggies, fruit trees & #ILikeTHISONE a lot The media room & the master kitchen would double as a prayer room big enough for the whole family!

Super goofy kit l Jen and butlers area. The butlers area is way too far away from the kitchen, and the kitchen peninsula is too far away from range and is just a waste of space. Also think that style of glass for the stairwells screams 10 years ago modern and looks very dated Love the coziness of the master bedroom, although the master bath vomited too much tile on the wall IMO

For $3.7m; Those lights are cheap $100 - $200. Why is the guest toilet literally next to the main kitchen? That's horrible. The pool room is too small for the size of the pool table unless you want people to punch holes in the wall with the cue sticks. A black-colored house, with zero views, and fake grass. I honestly don't think this house is worth the $3.7m. Perhaps, $800-$1m depending on the location.
