This house is amazing! It's very reminiscent of many of the modern homes here in Vegas. I haven't seen much in the way of modern residential architecture in the Dallas area, so this is a breath of fresh air. This home would be $5M+ if in a comparable neighborhood here.

To each their own. It’s a box store with high end finishes to me. No architectural elements. It’s just a Walmart store with Viking appliances

And then you're going to walk into your back yard and hear the lovely noise of cars passing by!

Which part do you like most about it?

This house was just ok. I love that it’s modern and there were things that are awesome about it. However, from the outside it looks more like an office building than a home. The busy street in front is also a big turn off. The interior was nice but I have seen much better custom homes in DFW. Just because a home is massive doesn’t make it impressive. If I had the money I would not but this one but it does look very well done. Thanks for the tour.

The only modern style I'm fond of is this greenish and benign mansion, the other modern style architecture just look so chilling and like some unhospitable squares.

I have mixed feelings. It’s 3.7 and yet some finishes feel cheap and/or tacky while others look over the top. I’m sure this will be a perfect home for someone though for sure, but it’s not 100% lux. The doors are just basic 😢 and etc.
