AFM is the follow-up game to disfact's iconic Resurrection of Heaven's Liquor... it sure is beautiful.
There are 2 different main routes, both stage 1 and 3 change depending on if you choose Eirin or Utsuho. There's also a separate route thing going on in stage 2, there are 3 different bosses you can fight depending on how much you fill the moon meter by the end of stage 1 (I didn't know this for a while, so I played through Eirin's stage 1 many many times because I kept going to 2C when I wanted literally any of the other stages).

Eirin last spell is definitely a spellcard of all time
The games made by this creator have a charm that I can't explain well.
Initial thought: "Oh. Aesthetics aside this actually seems way better than ROHL" And then Stage 2 begins with (0, 0) spawning errors, and I immediately lose faith.

You mean the swirly things in 2C right? If so than I think those were intentional, as they repeat multiple times throughout the level (idk though, you're the danmakufu guru here, I'm probably missing something) That, or disfact just reused the same errored code which... definitely seems very disfact-like

@@TearMetoBitsDarling I'm referring primarily to the handling of the familiars in the second stage (at least in the first route shown). When destroyed, some of the effects play at the top left corner of the screen.
Is Okuu's bomb just a png of a rock shaking across the screen???? Or is that meant to be the elephant's foot or something???
