this is jewel. I did understand better whole story from this video then from a bunch of books. they did wrote like 4 algorithms for differentiation PSVT from VT and I saw that sensitivity of brugada algorithm is around 90%, so I assumed you need to know all of these criteria and use them. but that's not te Case. also I didn't see nowhere that fact that you can't differentiate PSVT from Tdp from ECG and that info is very important.

What would you call a 2nd degree AV block superimposed on sinus arrhythmia (which would make P-P intervals variable)?
Could you talk about short brain circuit?
