In junctional rhythm can we get all the possible p-wave variations on a single strip? I know of an example of same from one of the EKG books but I don't know how that came out to be.
Greatttt❤❤❤

I am also a retired RN BSN. First BS MT ASCP ( medical lab technologist. Work in cardiology, then heart failure and transplant unit 1985-1995. Then went to Er and trauma. Also has 25 years in AF/Air National Guard. Like information and reviews to reinforce what may have been way back in my brain. Good luck if you are still working.

In atrial flutter 2:1 how do we know if it’s 2 p waves or one p and One t?
When was this presentation made? Just curious how current the info is.

My ER doc told me about this guy. He's a legend. What part of the info are you asking about?

The website suggests the info is up to date for 2019, so it should be OK
None has explained hyperkalemia like u had done, but why not do an abg asap & be sure with our diagnosis .. i know this is an ECG lecture, but emphasize on doing abg
thanks for this great lecture literally i have 2 qs if any one can help me please: 1. why most new books still insist on amiodarone and ignoring procainamide which seems to be the safest for empirical wide qrs arrythmia as in cases of Afib with wpw 2. the case no. 3 at the end of presentation, i thought it was Afib case (considering the irregularity of RR interval and the only positive wave between R-R supposed to be T wave not p wave). am i true or not?
