Totterdown Reach Bristol built using Rapidres® from Creagh Concrete

The complex is located at the derelict former Esso garage in Bath Road by Totterdown Bridge and will be spread over four blocks up to 15-storeys high. The project has limited site access due to proximity to the Bath Road and required tower cranes for install of the precast flooring and sandwich panels. Rapidres® is ideally suited to multi-storey projects where the layout is replicated consistently across each floor. It is a high performance precast insulated sandwich panel built offsite for high quality factory internal finishes with a wide range of external finishes that can match that of virtually any other build type.
Totterdown Reach is a residential development comprising of 152 homes with complementary commercial uses on the ground floor. The scheme provides a footpath and cycle route from the neighbouring Paintworks development along the river, and will allow connectivity for local residents from street level down to the river Avon.
Designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley, the development contains a minimum of 30% affordable housing.
The project will deliver a mixture of one, two and three bedroom apartments along with three commercial units and underground parking. Totterdown Reach will be amongst the tallest buildings in Bristol on completion and a major new landmark for the city.
