I watched that cup final as a 10 year old boy in a bingo hall in Blackpool. Great song, great game great goal by Ricky Villa, felt sorry for McKenzie coz that goal would have been good enough to win any final but up popped Villa. John Motsons commentary made it an even better goal. Can’t believe that was 43 years ago. Still one of the best cup finals (replay) ever

Definitely pal. We seem so far away from the glory years. I've been a Spurs fan all my life and now live in Durham (originally from Walthamstow). When Newcastle thrashed us, it hurt me more than losing to the gooners. We've come so close yet so far.

I know what you mean regards a return to form and I think we are getting back there and we've played some good football again with Ange in charge.
