Hi Ray. I think we gave up on the earth 🌎. I know people who don't even recycle. I grew up in the 80's and I loved it. I had a magical upbringing. I lived on a lake and in the summer we would swim and the winter we had bonfires and ice skating. We weren't in the house playing video games and we didn't have mobile phones. We would ride our bikes, play hide and go seek, tag, and when the street lights came on we went home. No bottled water, fanny packs, credit cards, game boys....it was just a simpler life. I do however love this video. Thank you Ray for sharing

This place looks like a great time. I still have that Sock em Bopper commercial song stuck in my head clear as day. I was born in 1996, so I got to experience the tail end of this era, but man was it magical. The music, the visual aesthetics, the carefree artistic attitude. I'm so glad I got to grow up in a time like that. Proud to be a millennial. Thank you for taking us on a retro journey!

This is awesome, Ray. Lots of good memories there. You scoring the nice Sears denim jacket reminded me of the impending closing of the last Sears store in New Jersey at Newport Centre in Jersey City. Hopefully, you can make it there for a farewell visit...

Cool vlog Ray! Seems like they just have more clothes there than toys or Movie stuff. I used to wear Bugle Boy Clothes all the time as a kid. lol I used to have the original Gameboy also.

It was definitely a more clothes oriented event than toys/collectibles, but I'm into that though. I'm glad someone else remembers bugle boy!

Get that jacket a little TLC from a professional tailor, and it'll likely last you for decades.
