Thanks for posting this! I would have bought the DLC, but for some reason whatever update CA did for this DLC causes my entire computer to crash whenever I try to play (like a PSU failure but only this game is affected, even though I have other games more hardware-intensive than this one)

I how they didn’t kill the shopkeeper after all he was very polite and helpful considering he was dealing with vampire pirates

I found it odd that lokhir fellheart is a huge boss battle in this campaign but his campaign is helping Malekieth get the vortex.

It really feels like Lokhir was supposed to do his own thing and the devs ended up changing their minds. It makes little sense for him to be a full on badass pirate here, to the point he's pretty much the final obstacle, yet in his own campaign, he's pretty much just a minion for Malekith.

Listening to this cutscenes helps me sleep like a story teller in the depths of the night. For the Emperor protects.

At the end of the first cutscene I swear to God you can hear Markus Krubers voice actor saying "Aye Aye Captain!"

They can really do a lot with this story line and factions.

I think whoever has Queen Bess is the "canonical" pirate

@@chainsawboy2388 Very interesting. That's the problem these days... there's just no way to keep track of all the "references" that take place! When I was a kid, I used to dream of a day when fantasy and SF would be as common as the parade of police and medical dramas that used to clog the broadcast networks every night. Well... I got what I asked for!

Cutscenes are very cool. But then again, same with Tomb Kings, i wished there was more to it

No. Random events that hurt the enemy your against and unique sea attrition immunity. No real advantage, unlike vortex where you debuff the enemies' winds of magic by 50. But I might be wrong though. Only watched the early access.

What’s your thoughts on the epilogues of vampire coast? I’ve only completed Luthor Harkon, who re confirms a character we’re likely to see in game 3, but I read each characters epilogue is different.

Hey any body explain the treasure hunts in the settlements, I dont get it or am I missing something ?

All the treasure maps point to a certain spot on the campaign map - you need to use the dig for treasure stance or hit the dig button with a hero within a certain radius of that point to find them. Don't bother trying if you're not actually near the spot - I've seen people assume they just need to be in the province, but it doesn't work that way. They don't always point to settlements either. The first map you get will always point to the first settlement you're supposed to capture - Pox Marsh, Vaul's Anvil, Ziggaraut of Dawn or Shrine of Loec for Luthor, Noctilus, Cylostra and Aranessa. An easy to way to get them is to just take the settlement, then move out of the settlement , hit dig for treasure stance, back to normal stance, then move back in.

Now men to the sea we'll plunder them all

#allCutscenes expect that it doesnt. What about the other Vampire Lords, at least their "Start Commands" are other, so their Cutscenes are not the same and for that they had to be here ;)

there are comparatively very few vampires compared to humans. they would live amongst humans in cities like Sartosa

yep, seems to be a different strain of necromancy than the one Vampire Counts use. i believe the White Dwarf supplement for Vampire Coast years ago made mention of it, but not sure how its functionally different

ah, Improvement.

We still can't use sea monster or amanar and others merwyrm *angry sad pirate noise*...and don't tell it would be broken ..the game is not suppose to be that balanced and even less the faction plus it's a fking final goal so a late game thing to have amanar so we should have it at least at 80% of his power and to finish it's not meant to be a esport unit its a solo or custom game thing :/ and it's easy to ban or block the access of the unit in mutiplayer tournaments . Feel very wasted potential for the vampire coast right now /: and doesn't make any senses tho they really need just a little bit of new contents to be perfect for the god sake .. and a rework for Aranessa to be an unique faction instead of a vampire copy pasta too ...

They had exactly that. Warhammer Online Reckoning. It's still up tho, kept alive by fans. Look up Return of Recknoning. It wasn't too bad, and the pvp aspect was not only good but quite original and ended up inspiring similar attempts in Guild Wars 2 and Elder Scrolls Online (pvp war, siege battles and stuff).
