Started watching cause I got a rebellion

Hey everyone ! Does someone know how to change CITY alliance to a party ? Can I persuade them to my cause to in a case of rebellion, I keep it in my hands ? I don't know if you can influence that yourself. Right now I own the whole region of Athens (hellas) and Pella (Mecedonnia) Athens belongs to the Magistrate (meaning me) Pella belongs to the Disiplines of Zeus, the other rulling party in my country. I cant find anything on this ! Thank you very much.

I'm sick of my allies getting their settlements raided, then when I deafeat the enemy and ocupy it my allies go mad. How do you just give away settlements back to its previous owner? Cause my freaking corruption level is sky rocketeting and I'm on the cliff to civil war.

trying to learn how to control religion? Im the faction Averni (gaul) and have almost had to max out building slots using religious buildings...is there a trick to keeping the percent change in religion down? My total influences are low 90's / high 80's but I keep seeing the change per turn go down.
