This was a spectacular celestial event! To make this time-lapse movie of a total eclipse, I placed dozens of individual photos on a video timeline. The eclipse lasted 2.5 hours (when the moon was partially covering the sun). Totality (the moon entirely blocking the sun) lasted 4 minutes. A ring of light, corona, and solar flares were revealed during totality. Chesterland, Ohio. April 8, 2024. Enjoy.
