yes i have a total gym supra pro for 13 yrs started using it in 2007 at 21 yrs old. Ive had 3 kids. Used my total gym with my 3 pregnancies ( dr. said I could) and used it after my 3 pregnancies. After all 3 pregnancies ive lost all my pregnancy weight and toned up! Now my husband ordered total gym Fit for me. My supra pro is still strong but will pass it down to my mother in law. I love my total gym, You don’t need a gym membership or expensive gym equipment. All you need is a total gym, clean diet, and really good music.

Thank you Christine!!! I do some rest between sets, but not usually more than a minute. I don't think it matters too much, as long as you do all the exercises.

Danielle Cooper I was just wondering if that squeaking sound was your shoes rubbing on the vinyl?
Thank you for showing me your video I just purchased the Total Gym and it arrived about three days ago I was born with Cerebral Palsy on my left side of my body my leg and my arm and hand I'm not able to even my tiny hand my right side of my body I'm completely normal with full use of both leg and my arm and hands when the pandemic hit and everything was locked down was not able to go to my gym and was not able to go to the park to workout as well when I was working out at the gym I went from 200 lbs to 130 lbs and then the lockdown hit from the pandemic I have ordered the Total Gym to get myself back into shape my doctor does not want me to go to the gym I gained back the 200 lb from the lockdown I was not able to work out my muscles on a regular basis I have figured out ways to use the Total Gym using my left hand with a ankle wrap so I can work the muscles when you have several palsy or any other type of birth defect you have lack of muscle control so I thank you very much for your video

High five and congratulations! I dont need to shed pounds, I need to add weight by adding muscle. I'm just getting back into fitness after a couple of decades being exempt from it. I'll be turning 50 this May and feel I need to strength train to rebuild what I can.

People who say that it does not work are fickle who want to see results in 1 week, you have to be constant, change routines or be constant to them, put tension on the muscles, diet, combine with steps, bicycle, walk or others exercise machines or homemade things or running, dumbbells and everything that benefits. But using the machine without wanting to see fast results and do it every day, in 2-6 months you will see results. People want everything like microwave or magic style, everything fast without doing anything. Anything of exercise works if you are consistent.
Wow, what an accomplishment that you’ve lost 100 pounds, I’m a beginner and looking forward to getting into a healthier me, I’m 5.6 and weight 180, I too felt uncomfortable at the gyms, so I gave in and purchased my total gym, albeit taking baby steps. Thanks for sharing your story.

I have the Fit model. I frequently use the added weight bar with plates. It's a great way to amp up the workout!

what kind of weights do you put on your TG?

I use the optional weight bar accessory and add barbell plates, available at any store. In the beginning, I just used body weight and adjusted my incline level. Now, I add 150 lbs of weight at a 6-12 incline for lower body and 100 lbs 4-6 incline for upper body.
If anyone out there can help, how do I get a better pec workout.. when I went to the gym I could isolate the pecs on the universal where I pushed the bars forward, on total gym I can work the sides and bottom it appears but my pecs aren’t getting the same feel I got on the gym machine.. I wonder if that’s because I was only isolating the pecs or not.. I definitely love my total gym fit.. it’s a more complete workout .. any info is appreciated

Cardio is great for heart health and stamina, but not at all necessary for weight loss or toning. Resistance training is the best for those.
What I mean do u do upper body and lower the same day or one day lower and one day upper and if bother same day do u do the same everyday

I typically do upper body 2 days and lower body 2 days. If I am having a crazy week and workout 3 or 5 times, I'll incorporate a full body day.

This video just showed a mash up of things I typically do, but I do 45 min of all lower body exercises one day, then 45 min of upper body the next. I hope that helps!

Actually, I have more loose skin from having kids than the weight loss. I use the TG to build muscle in areas that I tend to have extra skin. It fills it out.
Oh sorry, I wrote before you got to what you do. Sorry... I’m looking to lose 10 pounds.. hopeful between total gym and Peloton i can get there
