The midfield duo of kamara and Gruev both very solid in their roles. Our first opportunity came from a free kick just outside the box to the right , everyone thought Summerville would take the free kick to the back post, even the Norwich players and goalkeeper . Gunn was protecting the back post , but LEEDS switched it and Gruev took the free kick and placed in the part of the goal left empty, brilliant shot Leeds 1 up in the first 10 minutes. Gruev play in midfield and attack deserved the man of the match. Kamara was brilliant at breaking up play in the middle of the pitch and looking to get get Leeds attacking straight away. Both players gave one of their best performances in a Leeds shirt 🦚🦚🦚🦚

What a time for the team to just click, playing in harmony with and for each other. Passing was crisper and more accurate while moving the ball forward faster & quickly closing down the opposition, it seemed Norwich didn't catch a breath before going 1-0 down. Gruev has become my favourite player this season and was immense again today, with a goal being the cherry on top. Georgi's touch was much better and he looked like he's finally managed to get back the form that's been missing since the hernia op. Gnonto's cross for Piroe (who was a different man this evening - a revelation, even) was the moment of the game! Norwich had one real chance and as golden as it was, it was nothing compared to Meslier's save! We'd been playing most of the season in this manner and mainly only scoring one or two and today it seemed to just fall into place. Obviously the early goal made Norwich come forward looking to get into the game, but we kept cool heads and almost systematically chose the right moments to put them in their place. C'mon the Baggies tomorrow, couldn't stand losing to Saints for a third time this season! MOT ALAW

Someone on another site said that this could be our best ever performance in the Championship. Considering what was at stake it's hard to argue with although we had some great games under Bielsa as well

The front four last night played there best game as a foursome. Gnonto created our second goal with a sublime cross to the back post , where Piroe was waiting to head in our second goal. Great play down the right to free up Gnonto to make that lovely cross. Rutter had his best game since his operation, constantly driving at the Norwich defence they couldn’t handle him last night. Rutter gets the third goal great play down the left by Kamara Firpo and Summerville, he picks the ball up outside the box and drives into the penalty area beating a couple of Norwich defenders , the ball breaks away from Summerville into the path of Rutter who smashes the ball into the for our third goal behalf halftime, the ground is in raptures we are all in fantasy land . Second half starts , Norwich make changes to chase the game to no effect, it Leeds who score again, Summerville to Gnonto who makes room for a shot , strike the Gunn makes a good save, but is only able to parry the ball into the direction of Firpo, who finds Summerville free in the box to slot home our fourth goal 🦚🦚🦚🦚

Fantastic to see all components come together to produce a ruthless game where we took chances without being asked twice. Piroe led the line and scored but all players were on top of their game! If we can get that intensity in the final, we have a good chance of going all the way!

The crowd were a big factor. Norwich could never get going in that atmosphere. It was like having David Batty on the pitch as an extra man.

Wow what a performance from the lads they played as a team, and also for each other. Our play was soooooooo much better a real class game of football. 4 smashing goals Gruevs goal was amazing well taken what a finish. Now on to Wembley bring it on lets get the win and get back in the prem where we belong. ALAW MOT

OMG. What a performance. Was lucky enough to be at ER for that one. For me Willy’s ball in for Piroe’s goal. Perfect! And wondering who this new Piroe is. I like him. All of them played their hearts out and did us proud. Hopefully they can repeat it at Wembley. Thanks for the great videos and the analysis this season, Max. WEMBERLEE WEMBERLEE….

Archie was at his best yesterday , was pleased he was at right back, let no Norwich player passed him . Archie in attack was dangerous , he showed us all his skills, how he able to get out of tight situations, and when attacking always switched on . Could easily been man of the match on another day . Archie is going to have a very bright future in this game 🦚🦚🦚🦚🦚

Well done all around, I can't say anybody played badly but I was particularly gob smacked by the performance of Piroe. Where has that been all season? He looked like a legitimate line-leading number 9. If we get another game like that from him and Rutter continues to come back to life I don't think we'll have much trouble at Wembley regardless of who we face

The two central defenders were back to there best yesterday , Rodon and Ampadu were always looking for the attacking ball , playing on the front foot. Two of the best defenders in the league, they were both on there game yesterday. Firpo also had one of his best games for Leeds , did his job defending but was more attacking minded, linking up play with kamara and Summerville to create great scoring opportunities. 🦚🦚🦚🦚

He bought the subs on earlier than expected by Farke , the game was over as a contest by then, little impact by the subs. The biggest cheer of night came when captain Cooper was warming up , ten minutes to go he brings on Cooper the stadium erupts with the applause and atmosphere in Elland Road a great sight to see from afar. Our captain Marvel deserved all that applause, well done Farke for bringing him on in FARKE We trust 🦚🦚🦚🦚

What a team performance starting with Meslier probably one of his better games this season , was focused for the full game , and when called upon made a brilliant save to deny Sargent a goal , came out of the penalty area made himself big put out a hand instinctively to push the ball away into a safe area. Brilliant by Meslier. 🦚🦚🦚🦚
