<Ingredients>
・Bushmills Single Malt 10-Year: 45ml
・Pistachio Ginger Milk Punch (*1): 120ml
・Blue Curaçao: 4 dashes
(*1) Dilute 30g of pistachio paste with one bottle of Fever-Tree Ginger Beer (200ml). Add 60ml of milk, then add acid (lemon juice, etc.) to curdle the proteins. Strain through a paper filter and sweeten to taste with simple syrup.
<How to make>
①In a mixing tin, combine Pistachio Ginger Milk Punch and Blue Curaçao, and swirl.
②Fill a glass with ice, pour in the mixture from step 1. Using a bar spoon, gently float Bushmills Single Malt 10-Year on top.
