Acá en Chile esa receta la usamos para panqueques Qué diferencia es que se le echa azúcar o bueno si quieres no le puedes agregar manjar mermelada también panqueque salado en vez de los anteriores rellenos le colocas verdura y haces un rollito quedan exquisitos

@@dolcevita881 Aqui el error es pensar que los del libano trajeron esta receta pero no fue asi, fueron los españoles, existen registros en donde se menciona la tortilla de harina (mejor conocido como pan de naan y sin forma de tortilla que es originario de la india) en una de las expediciones de los españoles por california, el pan de Naan nosotros lo adaptamos a lo que usabamos y pues se transformo poco a poco en tortilla, despues con la segunda guerra mundial llegaron del libano migrantes y nos pasaron la tecnica de apilar la carne en un trompo y estoy seguro que la idea del burrito lo tomaron de este lado del mundo porque ellos no comian el doner kebab de la manera que lo consumen ahora (que parece burrito), se lo atribuyen a un turco o libanes que estaban en alemania por alli de 1970 pero probablemente lo vieron de USA o algun otro inmigrante le dio la idea de como venderlo de esa manera, pero de que lo sacaron de aqui, si que lo sacaron... no tengo pruebas pero tampoco dudas.

J'ai fait la recette plusieurs fois, bien plus rapide que la recette avec une pâte non liquide. Le rendu est un peu different mais franchement ça donne des tortillas fines, légères. Certains commentaires disent que c'est une pâte à crêpe mais pas du tout si on ne la fait pas trop liquide et on l'étale comme dans la vidéo. J'ai adopté cette recette, un grand merci. Je vous suis de France.baracka allahou fika
