Mrs. Galang's Kitchen airs Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays, 9:00-9:30 AM via the Angeles City Cable Television Network's PEP TV 3, and is available to viewers in the Bataan, Bulacan, Pampanga, and Tarlac areas.
For season 1's first episode, Mrs. Galang shared her recipe of one of the first dishes that she ever learned how to cook -- TORTANG KAPAMPANGAN.
