Nuestra experiencia con Masa International; Hace 20 años compramos una casa NUEVA en Torrevieja, entonces nos ayudaron limpiamente, debido a las circunstancias han vendido la casa de nuevo. Ahora buscábamos una casa en España otra vez, porque nos trataron bien la última vez que volvimos a Masa. Queríamos una casa que fuera fácil de mudar, así que llegamos a una reventa o una casa nueva y lista. He estado en la feria de Gorinchem, estuvieron allí dos damas, ordenadas y como debe ser, el Sr. Antoon Roks también fue allí, ha rellenado un formulario con nuestros deseos de rellenar y viajó a España el 24 de octubre de 2019. Allí nos recibió Gerard Hooghiemstra, un tipo muy agradable, está en el lugar correcto, siempre listo para nosotros, si teníamos alguna pregunta podíamos contactarlo también en el fin de semana o por la noche, y la reacción una y otra vez fue bastante rápida. Allí vimos algunas casas, pero no había lo que realmente nos atraía, Gerardo tenía algún triunfo al día siguiente, estaba un poco más lejos de Torrevieja pero eso no nos perjudicó, terminamos en Balcicas, Sierra Golf, donde vimos algunas casas y allí nos encontramos con nuestra casa, modelo Albatros, dos bajo techo con una vista despejada y un jardín, con vista al mar en la azotea, qué quieres more☺. Después de algunos intercambios decidimos comprar la casa, habíamos acordado con la organización de ventas Urmosa que entre otras cosas el sótano se impregnaría, se quitarían los moldes, se reemplazarían todos los azulejos que habían sido dañados, se eliminarían las grietas, se ajustarían las puertas delantera y trasera según lo discutido (nuestra casa es tan diferente como debería ser nuestra puerta trasera es la puerta delantera y al revés, por lo que los sonidos cambiarían), el muro del jardín haría la gran grieta, se quitarían las malas hierbas del jardín y las puertas se abrirían y cerrarían de nuevo y la caldera se colgaría. En la segunda visita a España recibimos una orientación personal, Lydia Hulsen, Gerard sólo hace las ventas, con ella todo se puso un poco más rígido, una mentalidad de 9/5, me paga Masa por 24 horas y no trabajo más, nos lo dijo. También volvimos a la casa con ella y hablamos con el vendedor Sr. ....... de Urmosa y nos prometió que todo lo que queda por hacer se hará, Lydia y Antonio van Propertunities también estaba presente y Antonio haría este trabajo. La fábrica de papel empezó a funcionar y todo lo que Masa tenía que tener les fue enviado y fueron muy rápidos en responder a los correos, pero cuando se firmó la escritura la velocidad bajó muy rápido. 1x Masa envió fotos, lo harían hasta después de que se prometiera la entrega, pero no lo hacen nunca, le dimos la renovación a otra empresa porque Masa no podía entregar, tenían que hacerlo. Nuestra empresa de construcción Propertunities lo hace, y afortunadamente alguien habla holandés, Laila van Drie, una señora muy agradable, sabe cómo tratar con los clientes, nada es demasiado aquí. Masa, Lydia haría la entrega por nosotros junto con la abogada Ellen y tomaría las llaves y vería si todo se hace lo que se acordó, el 3 de febrero se hizo esto. Pero parece que no se ha hecho nada todavía, según Antonio van Propertunities, el contratista, aquí me he dirigido a Antoon, Lydia y Urmosa a través de un correo electrónico, hasta ahora no hay respuesta de nadie, sólo de Laila, ha leído el correo electrónico y nos lo ha hecho saber. Fuimos con Lydia a una tienda a recoger unos muebles, le notaste que era una obligación pero quería volver a casa ya estábamos demasiado tiempo en el camino, pero nos hemos encargado de todo, ahora traen los muebles y los electrodomésticos, han preguntado si alguien de Masa puede estar presente en la entrega, pero lo adivinaste, no, no lo hacen, pero en la guía de clientes te mandan un correo electrónico que incluso dice que te arreglarán un hotel, estarás presente en la mudanza etc. esto también es una especie de movimiento, no conocemos el idioma todavía, todo tiene que estar conectado, eso se dijo en la compra, así que espero a alguien de Masa que lo arregle, hay su orientación personal para eso. Masa realmente nos deja en la estacada, la compra está completa y luego te das cuenta, es muy decepcionante cómo tratan a la gente, esperaba otra cosa. Estamos ahora unos meses (16 de septiembre) más lejos de Antoon no hemos oído nada más los defectos han quedado el único que sigue comprometido con nosotros es Gérard, trata de arreglar una pequeña compensación por los gastos incurridos, tenemos que hacer todo nosotros mismos, lo que no era el acuerdo, Masa lo pone en Urmosa, no hacen nada en absoluto. Antonio van Proportunidades que nos ayuda, ha hecho algunas cosas a su costa y nos ha igualado con los costes de las otras cosas que se han hecho para poder vivir ordenadamente y con seguridad. 25-9 todavía discutiendo cómo Masa quiere tratar con nosotros, no van a pagar la factura completa de la pintura del sótano, nuestra propuesta; pagamos la mitad y vamos a Urmosa por la otra mitad nosotros mismos, de lo contrario Masa indica una solución. Me siento muy desanimado por esto, no es una recomendación para ir con Masa. Si está interesado en una propiedad en España se recomienda ponerse en contacto con Protunidades que saben cómo tratar con la gente. Gerard me manda un correo con el anuncio de que Masa no está de acuerdo con la propuesta de pagar la mitad, ahora le dejo a Masa que llegue a una solución, lo convierten para que ahora nos toque a nosotros cómo nos traten, ellos están en falta, no nosotros. El miércoles 11 de noviembre Gerard me envió otro email, debido a la corona no vienen a la oficina de Masa sino que van a Masa otra vez, toma mucho tiempo antes de que tomen una decisión. Espera y verás... Desafortunadamente, de nuevo sin respuesta, todos aconsejan no hacer negocios con MASA, nos gustaría dejarle clara nuestra experiencia. Our experience with Masa International; 20 years ago we bought a NEW house in Torrevieja, were then neatly helped, due to circumstances have sold the house again. Now we were looking for a house in Spain again, because we were treated well last time we went back to Masa. We wanted a house that could be moved into quickly, so we came to a resale or a house that is new and ready. We went to the fair in Gorinchem, were treated by 2 ladies and as it should be, Mr. Antoon Roks joined us, filled in a form with our wishes and travelled to Spain on 24 October 2019. There we were welcomed by Gerard Hooghiemstra, a very nice guy, he is in the right place, always ready for us, if we had any questions we could contact him also in the weekend or in the evening, and the reaction over and over again went pretty fast. We looked at some houses there, but there was not what appealed to us very much, Gerard had some trump the next day, was a bit further from Torrevieja but that wasn't bad for us, we ended up in Balcicas, Sierra Golf, there we saw some houses and there we came across our house, model Albatros, two under a roof with an unobstructed view and a garden, with on the roof terrace a view of the sea, what do you want more☺. After some trading, we agreed with the sales organisation Urmosa that the basement would be impregnated, moulds would be removed, all the tiles that were damaged would be replaced, cracks would be removed, the front and back door would be adjusted as discussed (our house is just as different as it should be our back door is the front door and the other way around, so turn the handles.) The garden wall would make the big crack, the weeds would be removed from the garden and the gates would be opened and closed again and the boiler would hang. At the second visit to Spain we got a personal guidance, Lydia Hulsen, Gerard is only doing the sales, with her it all went a bit stiffer, a 9/5 mentality, I am paid by Masa for 24 hours and don't work anymore, she told us so. We also went back to the house with her and talked to the seller Mr. ....... of Urmosa and he promised us that everything that still had to be done would be done, Lydia and Antonio van Propertunities was also present and Antonio would do this work.... The paper mill started to run and everything Masa had to have was sent to them and they were very quick to respond to mails, but when the deed was signed the speed went down very fast. Once Masa sent photos, they would do that until after the delivery was promised, but no they never do, we gave the renovation to another company because Masa could not deliver, they had to do it. Our construction company Propertunities does, and fortunately someone speaks Dutch, Laila van Drie, a very fine lady, who knows how to deal with clients, there is nothing too much here. Masa, Lydia would do the delivery for us, together with the lawyer Ellen, and take the keys and see if everything has been done what was agreed, this was done on 3 February. According to Antonio van Propertunities, the contractor, I have addressed Antoon, Lydia and Urmosa via an e-mail, so far nobody has responded, only Laila, he has read the e-mail and let us know. We went with Lydia to a shop to pick out some furniture, you noticed to her that it was an obligation but she wanted to go home we had been on the road for too long, but we have taken care of everything, now they will bring the furniture and white goods, have asked if someone from Masa can be present at the delivery, but you guessed it, no they don't, but in the customer guide they mail you it even says that they will arrange a hotel for you, be present at the move etc. this is also a kind of move, we don't know the language yet, it all has to be connected, that was said at the time of purchase, so I expect someone from Masa to arrange this, there is your personal guidance for that. Masa really leaves us in the lurch, the purchase is complete and then you sort it out, it is very disappointing how they treat people, I expected otherwise. We are now a few months (16 September) further from Antoon, we have heard nothing more, the defects have remained the only one still committed to us is Gerard, he tries to arrange a small compensation for the costs incurred, we have to make everything ourselves, which was not the agreement, Masa puts it on Urmosa, they do nothing at all. Onze ervaring met Masa International; 20 jaar geleden hebben een NIEUW huis gekocht in Torrevieja, waren toen netjes geholpen, hebben door omstandigheden het huis weer verkocht. Nu waren we weer op zoek naar een huisje in Spanje, omdat we de vorige keer netjes waren behandeld zijn we teruggegaan naar Masa. We wilde een huis wat snel te betrekken was, dus kwamen we op een wederverkoop of een huis wat nieuw is en klaar. Zijn naar de beurs geweest in Gorinchem, werden daar te woord gestaan door 2 dames, netjes en zoals het hoort, dhr. Antoon Roks kwam er ook even bij, hebben een formulier ingevuld met onze wensen in te vullen en zijn 24 oktober 2019 naar Spanje afgereisd. Daar zijn we ontvangen door Gerard Hooghiemstra, een hele fijne kerel, deze zit op de juiste plaats, altijd stond deze klaar voor ons, als we vragen hadden konden wij bij hem terecht ook in het weekeinde of in de avond, en de reactie over en weer ging vrij snel. We hebben daar enkele huizen bekeken, maar er was niet is wat ons erg aansprak, Gerard had de volgende dag nog wat troef achter de hand, was wat verder van Torrevieja maar dat was voor ons niet erg, we kwamen in Balcicas terecht, Sierra Golf, daar enkele huizen gezien en daar kwamen we onze woning tegen, model Albatros, twee onder een kap met vrij uitzicht en een tuin, met op het dakterras zicht op de zee, wat wil je meer☺. Zijn na wat handelen over gegaan tot de aankoop, we hadden afgesproken met de verkoop organisatie Urmosa dat oa. de kelder geïmpregneerd zou worden, schimmels weghalen, alle tegels die beschadigd waren vervangen, scheuren wegwerken, de voor en achterdeur aanpassen zoals besproken ( ons huis staat net anders als dat hoort onze achterdeur is de voordeur en andersom, dus klinken omzetten.) de tuinmuur de grote scheur maken, het onkruid uit de tuin halen en de poorten maken dat ze weer goed open en dicht konden en de boiler hangen. Bij het tweede bezoek aan Spanje kregen we een persoonlijke begeleiding, Lydia Hulsen, Gerard doet alleen de verkoop, bij haar ging het allemaal wat stroever, een 9/5 mentaliteit, ik wordt betaald door Masa voor 24 uur en werk niet meer, dat heeft ze ook zo tegen ons verteld. Wij zijn met haar ook terug geweest naar het huis en hebben met de verkoper gesproken dhr. ……. van Urmosa en deze heeft ons belooft dat alles wat nog gedaan moet worden gedaan wordt, hier was ook Lydia en Antonio van Propertunities bij aanwezig en Antonio zou deze werkzaamheden uitvoeren.. De papier molen is gaan draaien en alles wat Masa moest hebben zijn naar hun toegezonden en waren ze heel snel met reageren op mails, maar toen de akte getekend was, is de snelheid heel hard achteruit gegaan. 1x heeft Masa foto’s gestuurd, dat zouden ze doen tot na de oplevering is belooft, maar nee dat doen ze nooit, de verbouwing hebben we aan een andere onderneming gegeven omdat Masa geen onderneming kon leveren, deze moesten het maar doen. Onze bouwonderneming Propertunities, doen dit wel, en gelukkig spreekt er ook iemand Nederlands, Laila van Drie, een hele fijne dame, deze weet met klanten om te gaan, hier is niets teveel. Masa, Lydia zou voor ons samen met de advocaat Ellen de oplevering doen en de sleutels in ontvangst nemen en kijken of alles gedaan is wat is afgesproken, 3 februari is dit gedaan. Maar het blijkt dat er nog niets was gedaan, dit volgens Antonio van Propertunities, de aannemer, hier heb ik Antoon, Lydia en Urmosa via een mail erop aangesproken, tot op heden van niemand een reactie, alleen van Laila, deze heeft de mail gelezen en dit aan ons laten weten. We zijn met Lydia naar een winkel geweest om wat meubels uit te zoeken, je merkte aan haar dat het een verplichting was maar ze wilde het liefst naar huis we waren al te lang onderweg, maar we hebben alles afgehandeld, nu komen ze de meubels en witgoed brengen, heb gevraagd of er iemand van Masa aanwezig kan zijn bij de levering, maar u raad het al, nee dat doen ze niet, maar in de klantengids die ze je mailen staat er zelfs in dat ze een hotel voor je regelen, bij de verhuizing aanwezig zijn etc. dit is ook een soort verhuizing, wij kennen de taal nog niet goed, het moet ook allemaal aangesloten worden, dat is bij de aankoop gezegd, dus verwacht ik iemand van Masa die dit regelt, daar is je persoonlijke begeleiding voor. Masa laat ons echt in de steek, de koop is rond en dan zoek je het maar uit, valt erg tegen hoe ze met mensen omgaan, dit had ik anders verwacht. We zijn inmiddels enkele maanden (16 september) verder van Antoon hebben we niets meer vernomen de gebreken zijn gebleven de enige die zich voor ons nog inzet is Gerard, Hij probeert nog een kleine vergoeding te regelen voor de gemaakte kosten, we moeten wel alles zelf laten maken, wat niet de afspraak was, Masa schuift het op Urmosa, deze doen helemaal niets. Antonio van Proportunuties die helpt ons, hij heeft op zijn kosten enkele dingen gedaan en heeft ons gematst met de kosten voor de andere zaken die gedaan zijn om netjes te kunnen en veilig te wonen. 25-9 nog steeds aan het overleggen hoe Masa het wil afhandelen met ons, de volledige factuur voor het schilderen van de kelder gaan ze niet betalen, ons voorstel; de helft betalen en gaan we zelf naar Urmosa voor de andere helft, anders Masa een oplossing aangeven. Worden hier erg moedeloos van, geen aanrader om met Masa in zee te gaan. Als u geïnteresseerd bent in een woning is Spanje is het een aanrader om eens met Protunities in contact te komen deze weten hoe om te gaan met mensen. Gerard mailt me met de mededeling masa gaat niet akkoord met voorstel de helft te betalen, nu laat ik het aan masa over om tot een oplossing te komen, ze draaien het zo dat het nu aan ons licht hoe we behandeld zijn, zij zijn in gebreken niet wij. woensdag 11 november weer Gerard gemaild, komt door het corona niet op kantoor van Masa maar ga weer het balletje opgooien bij Masa, duurt heel lang voordat ze een beslissing nemen. Wachten weer af…i Helaas weer geen reactie, wil iedereen afraden om zaken met MASA te doen, willen u graag onze ervaring duidelijk maken.
