In light of We The North Day, I hope by watching this short film, you and I can look back on the Raptors’ road to their first championship! 24 years in the making, with hopes and hardships, 2019 was the year that we had all been waiting for. We. The. North.
I’ve always wanted to make a documentary/film, so this is a first for me and for this channel. This is not a vlog or anything like the regular videos I post. There was a lot of effort and passion put into this, as cheesy as that sounds. 1 year in the making, and over 100 hours of work. I never say this but please do consider liking, commenting, and sharing! I appreciate it!

this is like one of the moments where I feel like the entire country actually loved Toronto for a couple of mins/days/hours.
One of the best moments if not THE best in Canadian professional sports. I will never forget it, and so fucking glad i was alive for it.

yeah it was a very long process even before editing haha but it was all worth it and this is exactly why i did it. so other raptors fans can look back and share this memory together. thanks for watching!

my only regret from that once-in-a-lifetime experience was that Leonard decided not to re-sign with the Raptors for an extended run. he would have become ****ing Prime Minister of Canada if he stayed! =)

I remember when the trade went through I remember being the first one to see it. I watched them for years and this year felt different. I really believed from day 1 things were going to be go well. I told everyone and no one was as optimistic as I was. I am glad I watched every game from pre season game and regular season from countless interviews to nick nurse and Danny Green podcast. I witnessed greatness! Greatest year to be a Raptor fan.

Gang time i wanted to look back on the raptors’ journey up until their first championship which was last year, so i only focused on last season. today’s We The North Day (june 17, 2019 was the first) so i thought it was a good time to look back and celebrate 🙂
