I'll say I'm happy w/ the setlists Ive seen. Thrilled actually! That i hope the trend continues in the u.s leg that she plays only 2 songs off native invader and is re-imaging the girls from previous albums

Winter made me cry. She was so human during that, and towards the end, she sounded small and young. It kind of scared me a bit, because it felt to me like we don't ever make peace with change, even as we get older. Idk if that makes sense.

It makes perfect sense. I raised my daughter by myself and although she’s in her early 30s, happy and healthy now, with two amazing girls of her own, it pains me how fast her childhood went by and losing my father recently really drove home the whole mortality thing. That song crushes me to this day. It’s a work of pure genius and is devastating in its power and reach. I’ve never heard it without crying.

Yes, a band called "Bell X1" from Ireland is the opening act for this Tori Amos tour.

If I remember correctly they played 6 songs. But there was another 20-25 minutes break between their set and the main act. Her show started almost an hour later than advertised; maybe that helps?

Her voice actually sounds ok here. But get rid of the backing track. Also way too much reverb and studio trickery playing around with her voice gets really annoying. You are Tori Amos after all. Surely you can afford some real live supporting musicians.

This was a great show for her. But yeah the backing track is awful. If she's going to continue touring solo, I wish she'd just adapt the songs better. Every one of her songs could work without a band or backing track.
