Yes and they've successfully been used on drones, helicopters and missiles. I'm sure they can take down jets too under the right conditions.

Intel is everything in war or a mission, because spotter drone can give an Intel that can cause a damage more than what you think, it can bring air support, cruise missile and artillery strike.. So is it worth using TOR to downing a drone? YES in my opinion

And you're forgetting one important thing here ...you're not talking about US military industrial complex prices for missiles ...they're partly state owned companies manufacturing these missiles, so even if not cheap, they're not hundreds of thousands of dollars for one missile ..like in the US

I think it's a very impressive weapon... But may be little too late, Ukraine operation is a stalemate. And it's not because of skill or lack of combat resistance 🤔 US Intel is providing the location of Russian forces. They're sitting ducks...

not with TOR M2. US Intel from satellites is always going to be a day or two late. Russian commanders should know that and move their troops accordingly.

Russian air defense is the best in the world by a large margin, nothing you said can change that. That's why NATO allies like Turkiye and US allies like India chose Russian air defense systems and suffered sanctions in order not to buy the inferior western air defense systems like Patriot which is a complete joke when compared to it's Russian equivalent the S-400. It's not just the S-400, Russian air defense out preforms western air defense in every category from shoulder fired Strella launchers passing through the S-300, S-400, S-500, S-550, the previous SAM batteries 1 through 7, and ending with Kirov class destroyers. Russia has always effectively rendered western air power useless be it missiles, drones, aircraft or even HIMARS.
