He was Topper's main announcer in the mid-1960's.

@@fromthesidelines Well for goodness sakes!! I like Swift. He was a great voice talent. I wasn't crazy about the work he did for Gene Deitch in those cheapy "Tom and Jerry" cartoons from 1960... but that wasn't Swift's fault - the cartoons were as a whole, awful.
