How can we will fix the road slope? means from the center of road to fix 2% slope both side . if you have any idea please share it .

Revit is for Buildings and Not for roads. If you are concerned about road design please use civil 3D. For a reference you can link a civil 3D file in your Building project. If you want to make it in revit use the "Model in place tools".
