Topekans receive strange alert about man wanted for murder in Arkansas, Oklahoma
Northeast Kansans are receiving emergency alerts on their cell phones reading 'armed man wanted for homicides last seen in Morrilton'. The man in question is 50-year-old Stacy Lee Drake who is a person of interest most recently for a double homicide and carjacking that took place in Oklahoma June 18. The KBI says they are not involved in the investigation and did not send the alert.

This guy was sentenced in 2010 to 22 years by feds for multi crime sprees in multiple states and he likes to hijack vehicles and strong arm robberies. He could be anywhere and if your family was shot dead at their job by a dangerous career criminal, you would want other border state citizens to be aware of their surroundings and to be on the lookout for this kind of person. An alert is not chaos, it’s communicating information.
2 Chronicles 7:14 If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
