Top water bass fishing with buzz bait
Спорт
Today I'll be doing some hot summer pond fishing with a new lure I recently bought- the buzz bait.
My first KZread video! I'd love to hear some feedback or anything you guys would like to see in future videos. Thanks!

I highly recommend getting some sort of backpack to carry all your fishing stuff in. I got one at walmart for $20 and it's super easy to put everything in, put it on and go. Happy fishing fellow fisher woman!

When I pond/creek fish I usually just bring a little plastic bag for easy transport haha. But maybe I will get a small backpack👍

You are right.a backpack made such a big difference when I fish.i carry as little as I can get away with anyway.but then you can carry a drink,an extra shirt, socks or even some food.when I was in my 20s a good pack meant that I could also have beer and ice while fishing.a great addition to anybody's tackle excellent advice.

@@graceifishingjust wait till a hook gets you because you carry your tackle in a little plastic bag.i did the exact same thing until I got a small wire hook from a plug in-between my thumb and finger while fishing a old hard to get to spot in a quarry.a 600dollar mistake.

@@edbrown6985 I don’t just carry my tackle in a plastic bag. I put my soft plastics in a big tackle bag, and my hard plastics in a big back pack. When I go pond fishing, I fill a plastic bag with a couple tackle boxes of things I need and head out👍. It would be too much to bring it all without a boat

I believe that tossing a bass in the water is good for a topwater bite. Fish think it's other fish feeding near by.

What rod are you using ? Is that a Shimano slx spinning rod? Thank you ! My name is Gina.
You might vary your retrieve once in a while.and some inline buzz baits will allow you to fish alot slower.i heard a guy say I'll put my buzzbait on and let it do the work, and got to see him catch weeds.heat makes fish sluggish and you said the pond keeps losing water so try fishing at night after twelve anyway.just trying to help.like the other person said a cheap backpack makes things incredibly easier.once I got one I don't fish without one nice video of a regular everyday person who doesn't have big companys showering you with boats and unlimited tackle I'll subscribe

Spelt that FB group wrong its , Redding Pimp n Bass awesome local group
What area are you fishing if I may ask
I'm interested in the slx Shimano series , I was wondering which rod that you have? Medium medium heavy fast action, extra fast action. This is Gina ,I saw your with you on the boat fishing with a guy? Thank you !
@graceifishing
Жыл бұрын
My rod is medium and has extra fast action. Its one of my favorite rods that I’ve used, so I’d recommend it👍
Women that fish are awesome!!(:
With a buzzbait you may have a better hookup ratio with a mh moderate/fast, for me a little slower action seems to let them get it better 😉, good luck

@@graceifishing I'm sorry but I left out a key word, I was really describing the type of rod that I feel may help, I pretty much usually retrieve one at just the speed that it will stay on top, lol I enjoyed your pond fishing video, I used to do a lot of that when I was younger, tight lines!

This pond dried out last summer and all the bass died. I haven’t been able to find anymore that are nearly as good, but there is Anderson River Park and behind the flea market, but most are private ponds that I can’t get into easy.
