Purely dunking, D Rose is not above Chocolate Thunder, and he's not above Blake Griffin. Is he a different breed of player? Yes. Is he a top ten finisher? Hell yes. But not top 10 on dunking alone. A sentimental choice by Mr. Vincent, i think; probably a Chicago south-sider like myself.

IMO Jordan and Drexler are like twins, in terms of built and play style. Jordan is like Drexler 2.0 .

I think David Thompson is one of the most unknown stars in NBA history. The man dropped 73 points and one of the only guards who could dunk without running up. His highlights might not be the best but he claimed that he could "easily touch the top of the back board." If I if that's true but he should be an honorable mention .

I agree with you. D Rose was able to actually float. Westbrook has the torque to hop up and down, but Rose was the definition of finesse and could stay in the air longer . Idk about better dunker; think they both are mutual because their dunk packages are limited. We’ve never seen either one do anything outside of two handed tomahawks and an occasional windmill. (Rose had a windmill in high school and double pumps in NBA). So we can’t say definitely.

Agreed. Definitely the best top ten dunk video I've seen. And a 99% valid ranking... I think there can be different 100% valid rankings (e.g. Nique could go ahead of Jordan; the 5 spot after Doc could go to Kemp, Drexler or Kobe, depending on which style one favors etc...). The only objectively invalid choice, imho, is D Rose at 10; that spot is either Chocolate Thunder or Blake; D Rose is the superior player, but purely dunking, no way his body of work warrants the 10-spot; 12 at best. Otherwise, a flawlessly valid list.

(No particular order just some of my head) 1. Eli to Toomermtl beat 18-0 Patriots 2. James White to beat the Falcons 3. The catch 4. Foles TD catch? 5. Michael Vicms best TD 6. Randy Mosses best TD 7. DeSean Jackson punt return to beat Giants 8. Beastquake 9. The best game winning hail mary? 10. Idk Obviously these are off the top of my head so there are definitely more specific and better TDs than this

@@atrain8179 He could really fly but there are definitely some guys that just had better dunks than him. He also was never really a creative dunker. I just don't see him as a top 10 dunker but definitely one the best athletes that ever played.
