I think we all know what is necessary.when we talk about negotiations there is one thing that will ring true and that is negotiating with an untrustworthy partner will come to ruin. In the War on Ukraine, negotiating with Putin is like putting any talk through a scrambler. In Iran, the powers that be have said time and time again that they will allow no interference with their nuclear programs. The importance of control and inspections is for tracking of nuclear materials and matching figure amounts with regard to yellow brick conversion. If Iran doesn’t want that type of surveillance and safeguard protection then they certainly do not understand the science of the security of all atomic material for everyone. Is China safe from Irans processing under subversion? Absolutely not! Is Iran safe safe if China subverts its loads? Absolutely not! So because of these rogue aberrations in security, no one is safe ultimately. An accident at one place will affect all places eventually. I would rather we face the reality that negotiation is always good but it is never a solution. When we need solutions, everyone must avail themselves. By that point, given the rogue nature of certain bad actors, it will be unnecessarily too late. Thank you for the discussions.
