I bowled as a Junior in Waterloo, Iowa at Cadillac lanes. Not too long after my 16th birthday I rolled a 702 in the Saturday morning league. I worked for the Zahn Family in Tempe, Arizona and bowled in league with Wayne and his Father Earl. Great people to be with a work for. I really enjoy the old championship videos. thank you.

Lucky enough to take lessons as a kid from Buzz Fazio...he was a terrific guy and a riot to listen to when he's telling stories.

Buzz Fazio is my all time favorite bowler. Loved watching him on a live show on Saturday nights on Chicago TV. I don't know if it was a local show. Live was great because there were some great ad libs by the bowlers.

THANK YOU. I never thought i would get the chance to see Mr. Fazio in action. Ive been watching everything i can find on you tubeand i believe that Fazio had the best form of anyone ive seen. Impossible not to like him right off, impossible not to root for him. I hope i find MORE. I would love to be able to watch every broadcast chronologically

Bowled in league (not on the same team) with Glenn Allsson in the 70's at Keystone Lanes in Norwalk, CA. He's a great guy.

I had the pleasure of meeting Buzz in the late 80s, he had recovered from a stroke but he still had the bowling touch as we watched him roll a couple balls in his pro shop..heck of a bowler and person. My father knew Buzz pretty well.

I agree with you 1,000% because this is when bowling was bowling. Like the NFL, the Pro Bowlers Tour is now CRAP too & isn't worth watching anymore.

Buzz was slow to adjust to the inside line. Allison had a 900 series that was not sanctioned. Some felt that bowling hierarchy wanted to protect the sanctity of the game and cheated Glenn out of his honors.
