I took him to the Vet, and they couldn’t do anything for him. They seemed to think it was something Neurological going on, and not caused by the black widow spider in his dog house. They recommended that I take him to a Specialist. I called a Specialist, and their prices were out of this world. So then, it was recommended to put him down because, he wouldn’t have a quality of life like this. We gave it a few days, and we didn’t feel like he was in bad enough shape to be put down. He doesn’t walk like he’s drunk anymore- he still drools a lot, and seems to get eye boogers a lot. I clean around his eyes with a warm cloth. He seems to be doing better than he was, he’s just not 100%. Thank You for asking.

My neighbors always complain about my dogs....and today one of my dogs suddenly vomited blood and passed away. How is is possible that the dog was completely fine and eating well then the next day vomited blood and dieing in just few hours later....I really doubt my neighbors but I can't do anything

I know who poisoned my service dog, I cast a curse on them next time it happens they will not be so lucky.

My dog died overnight with heavy bleeding vomiting, there was a blood on his excretory passage too. He just skipped his dinner and was otherwise healthy and energetic. No prior sign of diarrhea or lethargy.

Sounds like rat poison, my dog got into it one time saved her with shots of vitamin K from the vet. Your dog could have gotten it accidentally or someone could have given it to her sorry for your loss I would be heartbroken.

I suddenly lost my dog two months ago. She was fine one day and gone the next. The thing that disturbs me is that she was drooling a yellowish foamy stuff. The vet my husband took her to seemed to think she had a heart attack but he didn’t see or know about the foaming. This is what leads me to believe the dog was poisoned. She never went out by herself so I don’t really believe that she picked it outside. That means she picked it up in the house. I’m wracking my brain but this was too sudden.

If someone had mice around your area and they were using mouse poison, she could have eaten the mouse that traveled to you and died near your dog and she ate the mouse. Someone told me this can happen.

Honestly you have no idea how furious i was to realize AFTER i got a dog that there is no emergency vet clinics ANYWHERE near my town wtf i WRONG with people!? Do people think emergencies are only for humans? Seriously why isnt there a 911 version for ANIMALS YET!? WHAT'S THE CLOSEST THING? A freakin vet that MIGHT help you? Yeah no if it's an emergency i expect emergency treatment for my pet the same as i would get at an e.r hospital! Why arnt people opening more of these? My dog was fine all day and she vomited everything she ate ..she was normal after this but the next day she didn’t want to eat at all or get up ..she vomited two more times and just laid down all day..I thought it was a stomach bug and thought she would get over it but then the next day she threw up Blood it was Dark Dark Red and the vet was not open at 12am so I didn’t know what to do..the following morning I woke up to take her to the vet ..she was just laying there and sadly she passed away..do you think my dog was poisoned ?

My dog suddenly vomited with blood today and I got him to the vet but it was no use....I don't know what happened and now my other dog his mother is not eating I'm scared.

My wee dog Plato drunk radiator fluid/ anti freeze in a puddle while we walked around the block. Myself nor my vet picked up on the symptoms in time. He had major kidney failure and we had to put him down. Im absolutely heart broken and disappointed in myself.

Help my dad was spraying bug spray and my dog got out of the room and i think he smlled a lil bit of the bug spray He eats drinks water and sleeps no signs of vomitting or anything his gums and eyes are in the same color my dog is just panthing because he went outside for a walk im scared so much too lose my dog and i cant go to a nearby vet because i cant handle things plus im not in the right age too go i need my sister and my father will just say im paranoid im shaking in fear of losing my dog

My pitbull Matilda passed away early this year she was okay until our Neighbor threatened to kill her then she became sick the vomited allover me then passed the next dad she didn't walk or eat for the last couple of days of her life(she was 6)

My dachshund has been fine and suddenly he started licking really fast and started foaming out the mouth.. it lasts 30 seconds no more. Afterwards he’s fine.. it’s happened 4 times in 24 hours. Took him to the emergency vet and unfortunately have no money to pay atm. They won’t see him. I’m not sure what to do.

Update: Unfortunately he passed away a few hours after I wrote this . I had to put him to sleep . The hardest thing I ever done

My dog looks like he has rabies but he doesn't. He hasn't been attacked and my parents neighbors hate him and so do they. I don't know what to do anymore my daughter and girlfriend are stuck here with me because we lost our house during the pandemic and now we are in this terryfing home until our low income apartments gets back to us and my sweet baby boy is sitting here dying infront of my eyes. He has macaroni in his vomit and we haven't had any here we don't eat it. I don't know what to do I let him out and everything it's all my fault

My step grandpa said my dog ate rat poisoning and pointed to my dog licking around his mouth I didn’t witness it myself and this never happened to me since it’s our first dog I’m scared and I don’t know what to do! My parents never take my panic seriously and it’s getting on my nerves! I can only do so little! I’m worried!

My mates dog just passed 3 days ago now. Sever liver and kidney break down. He was healthy as, regular check up everything. Died within 48 hrs of symptoms. Vet says hereditary maybe,no I have Mum n Dad and their parents never have had these issues. Snake maybe,in Alice Springs and eastern brown everywhere. But would it not kill faster? 2 other dogs have been baited same street in last mth. It doesn't make sense at all. His liver and kidney went from good to see ya later within days. 48hrs, that is how long it took. Any ideas

If your animal is poisoned or you suspect it, then it is best to go to your vet. As the video explains there are many different types of poisons causing many symptoms. The medications required are only available to vets.

The downstairs apartment renter is spraying weed killer all the time when she already knows and heard me say it’s getting him sick he is losing weight and doesn’t want to go outside in the backyard. I don’t know what to do landlord already told her stop but now she sneaks and does it 😞

I would be inclined to seek vet advice for your dog. Most commercial weedkillers are not going to cause any problem to dogs or people as the dose of poison is very low. Of course you can lower risks by not walking on wet areas or allowing your dog to chew plants/grass covered in weed spray.

UPDATED IN COMMENT BELOW......IT WAS ACCIDENTAL POISONING. How fast and easily do they absorb chemicals from there environment? I was cleaning my carpet with oxy clean and it was still damp after I vacuumed it up. Can my dog walking and resting on damp carpet with residual oxy clean stain lifting powder cause serious issues?

@@YourVetOnline thanks for the reply. For others who see this my dog walked on some spilled Oxy Clean on my floor and only did a quick wipe with a towel while shampooing the carpeted area. My dog must have stepped in it then licked it's paws. It started drooling like crazy saturating it's chest from the falling droll and making it's bed have a huge wet spot. I phoned a friend as I cleaned up the wet floor. They said give your dog a bath and brush it's teeth then cover the damp carpet areas with fabric till it's dry. I did this plus rinsed my dogs mouth with a bit of apple cider vinegar. (low Ph vs the high pH of cleaning chemicals I used) He still seemed like himself during the drool. I caught it early and it must have been only a little licked up. Within 1-2hrs of the bath and chemical cleaning/containment he was already drooling less and almost back to normal. Next morning he was totally himself with no more abnormal drooling. My friend helped save me a huge vet bill or worse. This video helped point me in the direction of accident poisoning. Thank you! For anyone curious it was a 3 year old 55# Amstaff who only drooled in cold weather outside or if he thought he was getting a treat. NEVER thought to the extent of this incident. WHEN IN DOUBT FLUSH THE MOUTH OUT AND GIVE A FULL BATH FROM HEAD TO TOE! Never know where the substance could all be on the pet. DON'T just wash the paws. Be safe!

Oh no, this doesn't sound good. It might be something affecting the liver...yellow sounds like jaundice. There are a lot of things this could be. Please go to the vet asap. All the best, I hope he/she pulls through.

parvo they stop eating and drinking getting really sick and when they throw up it looks like foam and when they poop it just looks like straight blood and sorry bc that happened to my dog

2 minutes to get to the point. What if my dog was poisoned he'd be dead trying to find the first symptom

my dog is a trouble maker and he jumped up and snatched my sister's pizza slice so we put hand sanitizer on it hoping he would be grossed out by it and back off but he ate the whole thing with the hand sanitizer on it and it was like 4 squirts. Hes been panting and im worried 😭 what should i do

Yeah, I noticed that too she has a bloody poor accent and a very bad sense of dry humor.

I agree it’s not funny either

My dog was fine all day and she vomited everything she ate ..she was normal after this but the next day she didn’t want to eat at all or get up ..she vomited two more times and just laid down all day..I thought it was a stomach bug and thought she would get over it but then the next day she threw up Blood it was Dark Dark Red and the vet was not open at 12am so I didn’t know what to do..the following morning I woke up to take her to the vet ..she was just laying there and sadly she passed away..do you think my dog was poisoned ?
