Just switched from the Note 9 to the 20 ultra. Sadly, its wayyy more expensive up here in Canada but I simply couldn't resist. Its absolutely gorgeous. I actually like the black because with a clear case and the glass back it looks stunning. I loved split screen with my note 8 but they took it away with the 9. Super happy to have it back again because I use that feature a lot. Thanks for all this information!!

A couple of these I knew but loads I didn't and now know about and have set up. Awesome video so thanks for sharing.

When it comes to the swipe gestures you can also program it to have a swipe gesture for standard Android navigation bar, instead of just the one in the center. Much easier to use in my opinion:) the one dash at the bottom just turns into 3.

Yup! I prefer the single one. A lot of things have moved towards that on the OS side so I just embrace where things are heading.

You’ll love the Samsung! I made the switch two years ago and been switching back and forth but falling in love more and more with Samsung galaxy or the note in general. You won’t regret the switch.

Cool! i didn't think I'd learn something new. Thanks for sharing those tips. I'd like to share something I really like too. In the camera settings, there is an item there to toggle the shot suggestions on. It has a good AI to determine what shot looks good for your pic.

I have 14 days to take this back 20 note ultra phone seems fine but the deal is not was promised and they have my note 8 which was fine but they said it would not work after December on sprint and t mobile. I am going to check today but I won't get the bill until today or tomorrow. They already charged me for screen savior and case at the store.

I am upgrading from a Note 8 to a Note 20 too. I have had this Note 8 for over 4 years and the battery is about gone. I am so excited to try out all the new features on the new Note 20.

Actually the adaptive refresh rate can be better for your battery life, depending on your usage. Because it throttles down the refresh rate down to 10Hz when a higher refresh rate is not needed. Of course if you play a lot of games or videos with 120Hz, it will be higher in adaptive mode. But if you DON'T, and use it e.g. for office or other productive tasks, the adaptive refresh rate should be WAY better for your battery life.

Most things you do don't even go over 60Hz, with the exception of games and some videos. So turning off adaptive refresh rate will hurt your battery life in most cases.

Open an app that can be seen in both portrait or landscape (galery, youtube, spotfy, or even the setting in your phone) then rotate your phone, it will show up

Right now AT&T has a trade in deal where if you trade in any phone that has $60 worth of value...you get $1000.00 towards a new phone. Not sure which phones apply, but I couldve gotten a free Note20, but I opted for the Ultra for $300, broken up over 30 months.

I just switched from the Note10+ and am very excited to see what new things I can learn! I'm still trying to get used to the volume and lock buttons now on the right side instead of the left, unsure why they did that but i like it thus far. I used to use apple products only for about 8 years or so until I got my first note, it was the note 9+ and was so extremely shocked at all of the insane details and features id been missing out on using iPhone and Apple only.
