From an individual player's viewpoint, a predictable front office is way better than an unpredictable one, even if they win more games. From adding talent in the future by drafting or FA, making smart trades or hires, having a long term plan to improving and since it was his agent talking, likely to build around him/guarantee a big contract down the road.

I mean wash is the best team for him, he could go abd immediately become the #1 or #2 option kinda like wemby
