You need to add Sugar Street Bakery and Bistro on this list. Honestly the cupcakes are ridiculously DELICOUS and they are named after Portland streets.... Naito, Hawthorne, Burnside, Pettygrove, Alberta, etc. Thye are slo know for their V/GF treats and doggie treats. This place is so popular and trendy but still a lot of non locals have no idea about it! BTW, the pear/strawberry arugula salad, ginger Asian bowl, and breakfast burrito are AMAZING...

My favorite by far was Screen Door. I went back a second time because it was that good.
