Hey David. I first heard you speak in a Sealfit SME Pod Cast recording and I've been following your work since as its an awesome source of motivation and deeper understanding on a topic that is a growing passion for me which is helping kids. I grew up being one of those kids in modern society you talk about and I feel you're on the money with everything that you describe. I'm still mostly working on putting my mask on first and the work I do with kids is very minimal at the moment, but I'm getting prepared (Sealfit and UMA are leading my current healing and development efforts) and look forward to meeting you one day when I am in a more active and impactful position of service to learn from you. Rutt didn't mention that Michael Monsoor posthumously received the Medal of Honor for that grenade incident. The Navy also named a ship after him, the USS Michael Monsoor (DDG-1001).

There's something wrong with this guy. If you watch him on podcasts, he's incredibly extra loud and boisterous, always interjecting when others talk. There's gotta be a name for what this guy has in psychiatry.
