Different courses work for different people. Choose the course that resonates for you. I’m staying out of the discussion as to whether Raelan and Jason should be charging less, but I will say there are cheaper and very comprehensive programs out there like the Gupta Program and also Jan Rothney’s book. I’m only saying this, because I know how desperate people can get and there’s so much choice out there now it can be overwhelming. Choose wisely people!

The key strategies are meditation, journaling and a deep dive into what mind patterns create stress in your life. This varies from person to person so there's value on coaching if within your budget. Main difference between courses & online info is that those are in order and have specific testimonies or things that worked for other ME/CFS patients

Hi there. Brain retraing is simple techniques, collected into one session (people who do it, often call it a round, because DNRS calls it like this). What we aim to achieve is to 1. Stop unhelpful thoughts 2. Elevate mood 3. Visualize health or something nice and positive 1. This is a stop technique. You basically can just say stop whenever you catch an unhelpful thought about symptoms, a doubt about recovery, ruminating thought which is unhelpful to your state. 2. Smiling is a great way to elevate your mood. Or any other way. Dancing. 3. Visualisation - you can imagine running in nature or anything else that you associate with health. Do these sessions as often as you can during the day. You can do either short or long sessions. Doesn't matter. The more of them you do, the quicker you will see the results. Hope this helps!

I went from walking 30 minutes a day for 9 months + before I did retraining, then within 2 weeks I climbed a small mountain and within 8 weeks I was fully better. I know that sounds unusual and yes my muscles and joints had big adjustments to make lol, but it is possible, with brain retraining, deep relaxation, confidence, self compassion, really supporting and assisting your body's natural healing ability, it is amazing what can happen. The timeframe is not that important but it does show what can happen even after a decade or more of CFS.

The reason I say this are four fold. 1. Any other medical treatment has an efficacy rate, yet in almost all brain retraining cases I can think of this is not shown. There is a spurious suggestion it's below 20 percent. 2. I do not understand the price tag associated with the treatment as the overhead costs are far lower than medical research that has governance, trails, labor and material costs etc etc. 3. In reality the main point isn't even the high price. Everybody would pay the price if, and it's a big if, it had a good efficacy rate and there wasn't an opportunity cost associated with doing the program. People have only so much money to treat themselves and it is important to pick the method that works before you run out of money for an effective treatment. Hence why fair pricing and statistical efficacy for an individual's case is so important and crucially fair for the patient. 4. In another scenario if someone said. We can't scientifically define the problem, there is no solid scientific evidence there is a problem. We can't categorically say everyone has the same problem here. We have no effective solution for the problem. But if you pay a large sum of money we can retrain you to think differently about the problem, but I don't have any statistics or hard evidence to show it works. I think most people would ask if you were a religious person, because you sure would have a lot of blind faith.
