Yeah they call it, "Do more with less" the idea is efficiency but it never actually works out in the end, people aren't robots.

Lack of a strong Navy and military will help to bring about a terrible war. Deterrence is the best policy. A strong military helps to prevent war.

If they weren't paying for sex changes, and teaching CRT they might be able to focus on what the military is supposed to do!

and with almost a trillion dollar budget they still say they have "challenges", HHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! makes you really wonder where all that moolah is going

Honestly it's because of the way government contracting is done in this country. Look at the F35 program, over budget and it was behind schedule. Companies use the "cost plus" style of contracting. They bid "low" (lie) to get the contract knowing they will always get extra funding because the politicians don't want to show the tax payers that their money is being wasted. If the government said, "the bid you provide is the only amount we are going to pay" there'd be much more accurate and on schedule military contracts. Private businesses are crooks when it comes to military DoD contracts. Hell, during the F35 program, military test pilots actually brought up the fact that the target tracking system in the helmet was terrible and pilots would almost always lose in a dog fight and the civilian program manager responded, "If you're afraid of getting shot down, fly a passenger jet." And the military just bent over and accepted that answer. That's complete bullsh*t. That program manager knew the system was jacked up and didn't care, he knew the DoD would just keep throwing money his way regardless of the fact he wasn't delivering on his end. Absolute crook.
