Ethan Leem was one of 300 students in the United States to be named a Top Junior Innovator in the 2023 Thermo Fisher Scientific Junior Innovators Challenge. Ethan, a freshman at Canyon Crest Academy, earned the honor from nearly 2,000 projects submitted across the country.
His project title was "The Most Effective Natural Anti-Bacterial Agent", and as a Top 300 honoree, he will receive $125 courtesy of DoD STEM, a one-year digital subscription to Science News Explores magazine, a one-year subscription to Wolfram|Alpha Notebook Edition courtesy of Wolfram Research, a Thermo Fisher JIC laptop sticker, drawstring backpack, and a Top 300 ribbon.
