I bought two for our puppy.

It was the "take this thing and pull it off" thing that I couldn't figure out. Once I saw you just pull it off, I got a closer look and was able to do it. Thanks.

I don't have the plastic clip but nonetheless this video was a lifesaver for the gate I have that looks like it was hand-whittled by homesteaders in 1910. God bless KZread. And you my friend.

We bought this gate for our puppy and couldn't figure out how to make it stay in place. Also, our walls have baseboards around the bottom and special boards around our stairs (just 3 steps). We had to place the gate above the boards, and Ella was able to go under the gate. However, after watching this video and seeing how to correctly install, hopefully, we can get it to stay in place and sit it low enough so that Ella can't crawl under it.
