I started with a 36 gallon bowfront tank, now I'm ready to go bigger; I got the exact same setup from petsmart. Also the same sand. Glad to see two bags is enough. Now just need to find a sturdy stand for it.

Yeah I have no idea what I was going myself it, got a fish for pet smart with a 3.5 gallon tank, turns out that was torture, got a 20 gallon tank for him and now planning on getting this 55 gallon😂❤

What kind of Super Naturals Sand was that?

anybody know the model name of that TOP FIN PUMP ?.. I need a pump that has the intake on the RIGHT hand side for a 55 gal tank.

$99 at Petsmart all Black Friday weekend. I got three.

I’m not gonna bash how dude is setting up his system, but should’ve used that bucket with a garden hose outside to rinse the sand out, then fill the tank with the same garden hose since ya gotta give the tank awhile to cycle. I’ll just leave it at that.

No, I’ve had mine system running for 6 months with 15 electric yellow labs and this hob does a good job
