Sir what is the path after Phd .... If we do PhD from top institutes... Where do these phd candidates settle ... Bcs for most of project postion there is age limit 32, 45 etc.. In long term where we see as phd candidate..if not professor I've qualified CSIR Net LS rank 68 but I'm worried about assistant professor job ( bcs of low Vacancy )

Sir ek doubt hai. Mein wildlife and biodiversity conservation mein apna masters clear kari hai North Odisha University se. Mein chahti hoon ki ek assistant professor banu. Toh problem ye hai ki university mein koi equivalent certificate nehin provide karaya jata hai naahi koi exam conduct karaya jata hai wildlife lectureship k liye. Toh sir mein net ki tayari kar rahi hoon. Jrf k liye. Toh iss situation mein kya karnaa chahiye? Mere yahan local college mein v wildlife students ko lectureship nehin de rahe hain. Aur jaise ki aap ne kaha phd is mandatory toh woh v karungi 3 saal k liye. But uske aage kya. Kuchh samajh nehin aa raha sir. Please kuchh suggestions dijiye sir. Please.
